At this stage, we call up the client for the first time: we get to know each other, ask the first questions, determine for ourselves the inner "kitchen" and the idea of the project. Our manager will collect information on a number of strategic issues. What are the goals of the Client and his business? What materials does he have? At what stage is the project, what actions have already been taken to promote the project and develop the product? In turn, the client gets the opportunity to ask the first questions about the development and promotion, provides the manager with his materials, if he has them.

At this stage, the team already understands the concept of the project and dives into the details. To do this, we meet with the client for a complex rally, where we ask specific questions about the project. The answers of the client are extremely important - the more information we get, the better we will work out the concept of the product and draw up a map for the development and promotion of the project. After that, we take a break for a brainstorm with the team - we discuss the request, select ideas and technologies to bring the project to life. Commercial offer (presentation)

Our commercial offer is clear and built with an in-depth description of each type of planned tasks - without water, complex terms and ambiguous wording. We form a built commercial offer for each client, taking into account the interests of the business and the specifics of the project. We do not practice “hidden payments” and other dubious items. Volumes and terms of works are coordinated under the project. We provide a separate contract specially formed for the Client for each type of service (Software Development, Marketing, Support, Consulting, etc.).

We fix the details in the contract and additional agreement: each task, the amount of work for it, the deadlines. Most often, our proposal presentations take place on Zoom. Negotiation and signing of the contract

SCRUM Development

Often our studio works according to SCRUM - this is an agile development method, where the emphasis is on small autonomous teams and two to four week sprints. The team is immersed in the project, is able to look for technical solutions and present in the language of the client. The team is ready to answer all questions and provide feedback every day. The client always has full control over the development, knowing full well what he will get at the end of the next sprint, because the tasks for them are prescribed in advance. Regression Testing

We test the code at each stage of the project, but this in itself does not guarantee the stability of the project on release. In practice, improvements are constantly made to the code, and fixing some bugs can lead to the appearance of others. When each stage of the project is completed, the team launches regression testing.

The goal is to make sure updates and fixes don't introduce new conflicts and bugs.
