At this stage, we call up the client for the first time: we get to know each other, ask the first questions, determine for ourselves the inner "kitchen" and the idea of the project. Our manager will collect information on a number of strategic issues. What are the goals of the Client and his business? What materials does he have? At what stage is the project, what actions have already been taken to promote the project and develop the product? In turn, the client gets the opportunity to ask the first questions about the development and promotion, provides the manager with his materials, if he has them.
After reviewing the information received, the team moves on to the next step.
At this stage, the team already understands the concept of the project and dives into the details. To do this, we meet with the client for a complex rally, where we ask specific questions about the project. The answers of the client are extremely important - the more information we get, the better we will work out the concept of the product and draw up a map for the development and promotion of the project. After that, we take a break for a brainstorm with the team - we discuss the request, select ideas and technologies to bring the project to life.
